Event 14 (Day 2): Sears Now Has Towers

Level 13 (Blinds 800/1,600/200)
Players Remaining: 29
Chip Average: 87,000

Benjamin Sears
The action for what was just the largest pot of the tournament was picked up on the flop of 6 2♠ 5.  Drake Bronk had a bet of 21,300 in front of him, with the action to Benjamin Sears (Sears started the action with a check).  Sears would make the call and the two players would see the dealer put out the 2 on the turn.  Benjamin would check-call Bronk's 22,200 bet on the turn.

With the pot now close to 100,000, Sears would check one more time after the board paired again with the 6♠.  It would only take a moment before Bronk would announce himself all-in, and Sears would immediately call and turn over 6♣ 8 (rivered full house).  Drake would push his hand towards the muck, but Sears asked the dealer to expose the hand.  The floor confirmed that the player had the right to see the hand, and Drake's 8♠ 3 was turned over.  Sears all-in amount was 114,500, and with the pot he is the new chip leader (329,000).

Bronk came into the day as the chip leader, but he is now down to 42,000 after the unsuccessful bluff.
