Event 1 (Day 2): 6th Place - Marinovich ($5,433)

Level 29 (Blinds 30,000/60,000/5,000)
Total Entries: 560
Players Remaining: 5
Chip Average: 1,680,000

With action folding to Charles Welch, he would open shove for just under 500,000.  Doug Marinovich would be next to act, and he would shove as well (700,000).  The two seemed to be set for a heads up clash until Joshua Gordon made the call as well, putting both players at risk:

Welch: K K      Marinovich: K♠ K♣        Gordon: 9♣ 9♠

Flop: 6 A 9

Turn: 8

River: 10♣

Both players flipped up the pocket kings, and Josh just looked down saying, "I'm gonna win this one guys...sorry."  The nine was right in the window and both players were left to walk with the tournament supervisor to get paid.
